Micro Business and Small Business packages require a 12-month minimum service agreement. Customers may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Early cancellation is subject to the remaining monthly subscription fees, capped at three months of service fees.
Starter, Business, and Premium packages operate on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' written cancellation notice.
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once development has commenced. Website content and agreed client-owned deliverables remain the customer's property upon full payment. Domain registration, third-party subscriptions, additional development, and services outside the package inclusions are billed separately.
All packages include mobile-responsive design, managed hosting, SSL, routine security maintenance, backups, and the specified monthly content updates. Features, page limits, and support allowances vary by package. Unused monthly update allowances do not roll over.
Cancellation, suspension, and website transfer procedures are subject to the full service agreement.
Good to know
Domain registration is charged separately and registered under your ownership.
Minor content updates cover existing text, photos, business hours and contact information. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately.
Hosting is included within reasonable storage and traffic limits set out in the service agreement.
Payment gateways, premium plugins, booking subscriptions and other paid third-party integrations are not included.
You own your original content and agreed deliverables after payment in full. O26 keeps ownership of reusable proprietary components and licensed technology.
If you cancel, we provide an export of your content and agreed deliverables in a usable format. Migration assistance may be quoted separately.
Before any suspension for non-payment, you receive written notice and a reasonable opportunity to pay.
